TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% per person is required on booking any safari. In the event of cancellation, the above deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW FEE:
Due to limited space and high demand, we would like you to note that cancellation Fee will be levied once booking has been confirmed.
The cancellation charges are as follows:
- 24 hours up to 7 days prior to safari - 25%
- Within 24 hours and NO show - 100%
TRANSPORTATION:
Transport will be minibuses or 4WD vehicles and will be provided according to the route and the number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors.
ALTERATION TO TOUR:
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the route or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event, an equitable amount will be refunded.
LIABILITY:
The company and its agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to tours. The company’s liability to passenger is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delay, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary, but no rebate will be considered should we fail to do so.
CAUTION:
All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and can be of a hazardous nature. Every participant must accept this risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay or inconvenience caused to you or your baggage as a result, directly or indirectly or any matter whatever nature which is beyond our control. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accident and medical expenses. We can arrange for you at a relatively low cost.
VALUABLES:
Please keep these with you all the time. Safety deposit facilities are available at most accommodations. For Campers, please take care of valuables whilst on safari.

Does Wonder Trail Adventures disclose the information it gathers to third parties?
Wonder Trail Adventures does not sell, rent or release information gathered on our website to any individuals, companies or groups. Any information we gather is used for Wonder Trail Adventures's own purposes as stated above.

A check box is always included with every Wonder Trail Adventures registration page, so you can choose not to receive emails if you prefer.
